柳钦火

个  人  简  历

柳钦火,男,1968年1月生,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院遥感应用研究所遥感科学国家重点实验室副主任,遥感辐射传输研究室主任。近年承担国家973、863、科技支撑、自然科学基金重点项目、中科院知识创新工程项目等,组织开展了“北京星机地定量遥感综合试验”,主持开发了“RSIS遥感反演系统V1.0”等软件;参与开发“机载多角度多光谱(AMTIS)遥感数据处理软件V1.0”、我国典型农作物标准波谱知识库,合作出版专著3部,发表学术论文140余篇,其中SCI论文29篇。

1.   主要研究方向

遥感辐射传输机理研究,中科院遥感应用研究所遥感科学国家重点实验室的主要研究方向之一。近年来,在中科院知识创新工程和国家973、863、自然科学基金项目的支持下,组建了一个包括研究员、副研究员、博士后、博士生和硕士生等共二十余人的科研团队,围绕地表能量平衡过程遥感监测所面临的遥感信息定量化问题,开展深入研究。近期开展的主要研究内容包括:

l         遥感辐射传输机理、实验与建模

l         典型地物波谱知识库

l         遥感信息时空尺度效应与模型同化

l         地表参数多源遥感协同反演方法与软件研发
